Scope: Custom Steel & Glass Balustrade to Fire Safety Code
KK Concepts fabricated and installed a fire-compliant balustrade system in a multi-storey commercial building, supporting a designated emergency egress path. The build features steel uprights, custom fabricated handrails, and laminated safety glass panels — all aligned to meet NCC fire safety and BCA stair clearance regulations.
Handrails are fitted with integrated LED lighting for visibility and compliance with commercial accessibility and fire egress standards. The result blends structural performance with modern interior design.
Fabricated, installed, and signed off to meet fire-clearance and disability code requirements (AS1428, NCC Vol. 1).
